Hello, my name is Ellayna and welcome to my web page. As you can see I have had a very interesting life so far. Please stop in often to see where my journey is taking me to next. Please don't feel sorry for the trials that we have gone through, because it only goes to show that God is in control of our lives; and He has placed a lot of very nice doctors in my life already. As I have grown older my list of specialist seems to grow as well. I now am seeing 10 doctors regularly at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Although we try and schedule as many visits on the same days as possible, it is almost impossible to get more than 3 in one day with test and lab work. Let alone it is a 3 hour trip up and then 3 hours back home again. It just wears a girl out.
Each trip costs the family about $120 dollars a day, with the price of gas and eating while away from home up to 14 hours some trips. In 2007 we made 32 such visits. These diseases are survivable as long as we don't allow them to get out of control, and control comes through regular visits. |
